Brittani M.Ed, BCBA

Director of Clinical Operations
Brittani is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Director of Clinical Operations, where she leads administrative processes, clinical programs and supports the growth of high-quality, multidisciplinary therapy services. She has been with WellCare since 2016 and brings nearly a decade of experience across direct care, supervision, and leadership roles. Brittani is committed to fostering collaboration, integrity, and growth within the teams she leads and the families she serves.

Emily BS, FSHS

HR Manager
Emily is an HR Manager bringing nearly 30 years of experience in hiring, training, and team development across multiple industries. With a Bachelor's in Family Studies and Human Services and certifications in Conflict and Trauma Studies and Family Life Education, Emily combines a strong academic foundation with hands-on leadership. She has a proven track record of building productive, engaged teams and is passionate about creating supportive, inclusive workplaces where employees thrive. Emily's interpersonal skills, integrity, and commitment to people first leadership make her a trusted partner in driving employee success.

Nicole MS, BCBA

ABA Clinic and In-Home Coordinator
Nicole brings over a decade of experience in applied behavior analysis, supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs through individualized, evidence-based care. She has a strong background in clinical leadership, staff development, and behavior intervention planning, and is passionate about helping clients reach meaningful goals. Nicole collaborates closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Outside of work, she stays active with her three children, enjoying outdoor adventures and keeping up with their busy sports schedules.

Sarah PT, DPT

Physical Therapy Team Coordinator
Sarah obtained her undergraduate degree in Developmental Psychological Sciences where she studied child social and emotional development in the context of family systems. This has carried into her Physical Therapy career, as she integrates the knowledge of family systems into developing the PT plan of care. Sarah’s clinical practice focuses on neurological diagnoses, pediatric vestibular disorders, hypermobility and pediatric pelvic floor conditions. Sarah values patient advocacy and access to adaptive recreation, as she understands how difficult it can be to navigate resources and how important access to adaptive recreational activities can be for client success in physical therapy.

Alison MS, SLP

Speech Therapy Team Coordinator
Alison holds a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oregon (2017) and an M.S. from the University of Vermont (2020). A compassionate and versatile clinician, she specializes in supporting tweens and teens with complex communication needs. Her expertise includes developing functional communication programs, using speech-generating devices, and providing play based and trauma-assumed care. Alison is passionate about multi-modal communication, voice disorders, and gender-affirming voice care. Outside of work, she enjoys home improvement, gardening, and spending time with her dogs, Raleigh and Moose.

Jaime MA, BCBA

ABA Clinic Coordinator
Jaime is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and ABA Coordinator at WellCare. With about ten years of experience in ABA therapy, Jaime is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans and a fun, child-led learning environment for children with autism and developmental disabilities. She is equally passionate about mentoring and developing RBTs and BCBAs, fostering a supportive, growth-focused team culture. Whether you're a family seeking quality care or a clinician looking to grow your skills, Jaime is committed to bringing out the best in everyone she works with.

Stephanie OTD, MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapy Team Coordinator
Steph earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018 and her master's degree in occupational therapy from Lewis University in 2020. Following her graduate studies, she published research on the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in supporting infants with GERD. In 2024, she completed her post-professional doctoral degree at Columbia University, with a focus on cognition, and published research on evaluation of self-awareness. Since beginning her career in occupational therapy, Steph has primarily worked in pediatrics, with additional experience in hand therapy and early intervention services. Steph is passionate about addressing executive dysfunction, providing culturally responsive care, and incorporating a DIR/Floortime approach into her treatment. In her free time, Steph enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and her fiancé, traveling, and crafting.

Emily MS, CCC-SLP

Speech Therapy Team Coordinator
Emily holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi (2019, 2022). As a driven and compassionate clinician, she specializes in supporting children with Autism. Her expertise includes programming and developing systems for functional communication, supporting school-aged children with literacy and comprehension, and providing feeding and swallowing therapy. Emily is passionate about multi-modal communication, social-emotional pragmatics/communication, feeding and swallowing, and higher-level literacy and language. Outside of work, Emily enjoys reading, crafts/DIY, and spending time with friends and family. Emily also enjoys traveling and experiencing new places.

Jenn RN, BSN, CMSRN

Case Management Coordinator
Jenn is a Registered Nurse who has worked in the field for almost 10 years. After graduating from Concordia University, Jenn moved to Colorado to start her career as a Float-Pool RN, treating the entire spectrum of patients. After working through the COVID pandemic, Jenn transferred to Pediatric Home Care for a change of pace. She has found delight in working with children and being able to bring solace to both therapists and caregivers by providing collaborative medical assistance and insight in the organization. She also oversees the intake and patient relations departments allowing her to ensure that all families and clients receive the highest quality care from intake to discharge.
