Donna Moore MA CCC-SLP
Alternate Administrator 

Bio

Donna received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2002.  She began her career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and obtained her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from San Jose State University in 2009. 

As a pediatric speech-language pathologist, Donna has expertise with the infant, toddler, and preschool populations in community based and outpatient clinic settings.  Her areas of clinical specialty are utilizing a parent coaching model, early language development, speech sound disorders, and feeding disorders.

Donna is a kid at heart with a passion for following a child's lead to teach functional skills through play in a natural environment.  Donna empowers caregivers to actively participate in their child's learning and celebrate successes when their child can communicate their needs or share a family meal.

As a leader, Donna values fostering intentional relationships and collaboration.  She enjoys mentoring students and clinicians to become confident and independent professionals with strong interpersonal connection and critical reasoning skills.

When not at work, Donna and her husband enjoy traveling with their two children and are frequently found on the sidelines of their kid’s sporting events.  As a family, they enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the Colorado mountains.

Kelsey Rodriguez
Marketing and Community Liaison

Bio

Kelsey is a Colorado Native who specializes in Marketing, Community Outreach and Brand Management. Kelsey has a deep passion for our local community and has many years of marketing experience and navigating resources for families in the Military and Colorado Communities. She is also a proud mom of a teenage son . As a former medical professional, Kelsey enjoys sharing health related resources to help families find solutions and overcome challenges.

​When she is not working she loves to volunteer in the local community, go hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and decorating. She also likes to attend a variety of local sporting events. She is a gift-giver! She loves to bless and surprise others with gifts.

Jasmine Webster 
Intake, Referral & Front Desk Coordinator

Bio

Jasmine is the Intake, Referral and Front Desk Coordinator. She enjoys using her skills to provide quality service and support through direct outreach and referral services.

She graduated from Pikes Peak Community College in May with an Associate in Business and is continuing her education to earn her Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

Brittani Burks, MEd, BCBA
Director of Clinical Operations

Bio

Brittani was born and raised in Colorado and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

She began her ABA career as a Registered Behavior Technician and went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in autism and applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University.

She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018 and continues to pursue training in Organizational Behavior Management – a subfield of ABA focused on structural growth and behavior change. 

She has been with WellCare since 2016 as both a therapist and member of the Leadership Team. She now oversees clinical operations in all disciplines – Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis.

As an organization, WellCare aims to provide comprehensive, collaborative, and cohesive therapies to all their clients, and as the Director of Clinical Operations, Brittani works on the ground level with all therapists to ensure this mission is accomplished on a daily basis.

When not at work, Brittani loves to go hiking and be outdoors with her husband, baby and three rescue dogs. The even have a social media account called “Hiking with a Baby” to document all of their adventures!

Emily Cozzetto
Human Resources Manager 

Bio

​During the span of her career Emily has  served employee and community. Helping employees grow to their fullest along with celebration of team is at the heart of what I have always done!

​Her degree in Family Studies and Human Services along with an accompanying certificate in Conflict and Trauma has helped prepare her to serve in the work place.

She began her career as office manager and held that role for many years. After earning her degree at Kansas State she began working in preschools and earned her Early Childhood Director License.

She took her skills and moved from children to aging adults. After serving the senior community as a Director of Programming and creating a corporate wide Adventure Program, she moving back to serving those who serve our children.

Michelle Rodriguez
Director of Operations

Bio

Michelle received her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from University of Texas San Antonio. She began her career as a Director of Operations overseeing outpatient physical therapy facilities.

Michelle is a natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving organizational success. She thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys leading cross-functional teams towards common goals. 

In her role with WellCare she collaborates with various teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. As a member of the leadership team she is committed to driving the organization's strategic goals and vision.

As a leader Michelle values teamwork and open communication, believing that collaboration is the key to achieving operational excellence. 

Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Dan and two dogs. She has a passion for travel and making new memories with family and friends.
