Led by local owner Tim Campbell and Chief Executive Officer Marshea Freant-Vitt, our leadership team is the driving force behind WellCare Pediatric Therapy Specialists, putting our parents, children and families at the center of all we do. Meet our forward-looking leaders, a group of dedicated, focused and experienced executives representing various specialties and backgrounds.
Marshea Freant-Vitt, MFT
Chief Executive Officer
Marshea is a graduate of Emory University where she received a BA in Psychology and Sociology.
She went on to earn her Master’s Degree from Mercer University in Marriage and Family Therapy. She practiced Marriage and Family Therapy at both inpatient and outpatient facilities, and operated her own private therapy practice for a number of years.
Mid-career, she moved into the world of business in corporate sales and marketing, where she continued to use her skills as a therapist, but added multidisciplinary business operations skills.
She has held Director and VP level positions in Admissions, Outpatient Services, and Operations and was promoted to CEO of WellCare in September of 2019.
Marshea and her husband, Gavin, have 3 children (Ellis who is 16 years old, and Oscar and Olivia, 11 year old twins). They also have 2 dogs (Eloise, a blue tick hound, and Watson, a giant mixed breed rescue pup).
The family loves all outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing, snow shoeing and gardening.
She is thrilled to be a part of the WellCare family!!
Brittani Burks, MEd, BCBA
Director of Clinic Operations
Brittani was born and raised in Colorado and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
She began her ABA career as a Registered Behavior Technician and went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in autism and applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University.
She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018 and continues to pursue training in Organizational Behavior Management – a subfield of ABA focused on structural growth and behavior change.
She has been with WellCare since 2016 as both a therapist and member of the Leadership Team. She now oversees clinical operations in all disciplines – Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis.
As an organization, WellCare aims to provide comprehensive, collaborative, and cohesive therapies to all their clients, and as the Director of Clinical Operations, Brittani works on the ground level with all therapists to ensure this mission is accomplished on a daily basis.
When not at work, Brittani loves to go hiking and be outdoors with her husband, baby and three rescue dogs. The even have a social media account called “Hiking with a Baby” to document all of their adventures!
Stephanie began her journey working with children diagnosed with Autism and behavior management needs through Child and Family Services of Erie County in 2007.
Stephanie spent the next 11 years as a Para Professional, serving the special needs population at the Stanley G. Falk School. Her students ranged in age from 2 to 21 years old. In her spare time, Stephanie volunteered as a soccer coach for the school.
In 2019, Stephanie, her husband and two pups relocated from Buffalo NY to Colorado to live the mountain life. She gained her RBT certification that same year and provided ABA services in both a multidisciplinary clinic and in the home for the last two years.
Stephanie is looking forward to growing her career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Scheduler for WellCare. She feels privileged to serve the ASD community and is dedicated to providing the best care for each client and their family.
